Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview
At Dream Strollers, we understand that purchasing a high-ticket item for your family is a meaningful decision. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward—so you can shop with confidence knowing exactly what to expect if something doesn’t work out.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that are new, unused, and in their original condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Items showing signs of use, wear, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after this window may not be approved, so we encourage customers to inspect their items promptly upon arrival.

Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns due to buyer’s remorse or changes in preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective items or orders received incorrectly, Dream Strollers covers all return shipping expenses. We do not charge restocking fees, and original shipping costs are refunded when a return is approved.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@dreamstrollers.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Our team will review the details and provide return instructions. We do not use prepaid return labels, so return shipping arrangements will be coordinated after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible. For freight deliveries, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For small parcel shipments via UPS or FedEx, damage must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage will help us resolve the issue quickly. When the issue is confirmed, we will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can assist before fulfillment begins.

Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is the result of our error—such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product—we take full responsibility, including all shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns where the product meets our eligibility requirements, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges Process
Exchanges are handled as a return and replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs for exchange requests not related to defects or errors. Exchange availability is subject to product stock and confirmation by our team.
